WPC Wood Plastic Composite

WPC wood plastic composite is an eco-friendly material alternative to traditional wood. It’s mainly made of wood fiber/wood flour and thermoplastics such as PE, PP or PVC through compounding and molding process. Wood-plastic composites consist of polymer substrate, ~65% filler of wood and inorganic materials, and 1–5% additives, including coupling agents, antioxidants, and lubricants, etc.

Combining the advantages of both wood and plastic, WPC wood plastic composite offers the natural appearance and texture of wood, along with the waterproof, insect-proof, and corrosion-resistant properties of plastic. It is formaldehyde-free and 100% recyclable.

Product Parameters

DEMA design the specific screw combination to ensure good mixing and avoid over shearing into reducing the length of fiber.
For PVC window profile, no need to make compounding material into pellets, just cool down and crush it into powder by air blower.
