The DMTA series twin screw extruder consists of a driving part and a processing part.
The drive part includes the gearbox and the motor. According to the characteristics of the model, AC motor and DC motor are available.
The processing part is composed of two screw mandrels, screw elements and cylinders that rotate in the same direction. The cylinder has a closed cylinder, a feeding cylinder, and an exhaust cylinder. The screw length-diameter ratio can be adjusted according to the processing technology, our company has developed a variety of screw components according to the characteristics of different materials and processing technology, with the combination of processing performance, can realize the conveying, mixing, mixing, shearing, devolatilization, reaction, compression and other functions of the material.
In addition to the normal main, side or liquid feeding, our feeding units also include vertical forced feeding and conical feeding, as well as loss-in-weight multi-feed metering systems.
