DMTT series extruders is defined as a two-stage model. The first stage is high-speed twin screw extruder, the second stage is low speed single screw extruder. The two extruder are arranged in a T-shape, forming a two-stage compound unit.
The combination of twin screw and single screw can decompose the process function and increase the independent operation variable, which is beneficial to the step optimization of each process. Improved efficiency and capacity.
It is widely used in all kinds of heat-sensitive material system and large capacity deashing, such as: PVC, XLPE, halogen free flame retardant cable material and rubber dehydration post treatment operations ,etc.
